please allow 2 weeks for production with standard shipping. if you have any concerns around the timeline of receiving your order, please email us with your order number in the subject line.

pup goods products are handmade in, and shipped from, portland, oregon. we do, however, also travel to in-person craft markets in california. if your order is placed while we are on the road, your package may ship from california. our goal is to fulfill your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

for now, we are releasing new prints on a monthly basis in addition to seasonal patterns. new prints will be announced in our newsletter as well as promoted on our instagram.

our sizing details are posted on the pup goods website to help guide your purchase. we do not accept returns, but are happy to accept exchanges within 30 days for unused products with tags. if you are unable to locally meet in portland, oregon, you will be responsible for all shipping fees. please send us an email with your order number and we will work with you on next steps!

we do not accept returns. if we mistakenly send the incorrect product or it arrives damaged, please send us an email as soon as possible! we want our customers to have the best experience possible and will work with you to correct the error.
